Bad news, good news

The bad news yesterday was that rumors apparently circulated that our company is some kind of April Fools' jape.


We suspect that a SV-based competitor started this rumor. Even Bloomberg Business News, which should know better, included UG in a round-up of 2019's best biotech jokes.


The good news: we were able, thanks to some digging in Google analytics by our webmaster, to attribute 1400 signups to those articles. So we get the last laugh!


Again, we can categorically and emphatically state that Unicorn Genes is, in no way imaginable, not an April Fools' joke.
